Set up and Tear down

SET UP:

Monday, 23^rd of February 2026 until Wednesday, 25^th of February 2026 daily from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., On Thursday, 26^th of February 2026 the set up time starts at 6.30 a.m. and ends at 9.30 a.m.

Please notice! All gates are closed due to heating! Only the Pedestrian gates are opened!

ATTENTION!
Due to CARPET LAYING OPERATIONS driving inside the hall is prohibited in the evening before the show! (Wednesday, 25^th of February, 6.00 p.m.)

Boats with a length of more than 25 feet should be delivered and craned from the 17^th of February to 20^th of February. Please make an appointment with our office by phone +43/(0)2272/624030 or by e-mail: technik@messetulln.at

ATTENTION!
Set up operations are prohibited after the beginning of the fair! (Thursday, 26^th of March 2026 at 10.00 a.m.).

TEAR DOWN:

Sunday, 1^st of March 2026 from 5.00 p.m. until 12.00 p.m., Monday, 2^nd of March until Tuesday, 3^rd of March from 6.30 a.m. until 7.00 p.m. and Wednesday, 4^th of March 2026 from 6.30 a.m. until 6.00 p.m.

In consideration of other exhibitors and visitors an earlier tear down of your booth is strictly prohibited!

Goods and brochures etc. can be delivered before (09.30 a.m.) or after the event (6.00 p.m).
During the opening hours stopping the car and parking is strictly prohibited on the fairgrounds.
