SET UP:

Monday, 29 ^th of January and Tuesday 30 ^th of January 2024 from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. and
Wednesday, 31^st of January 2024 from 6.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
On Thursday, 1^st of February 2024 the set up time starts at 6.30 a.m. until 8.00 a.m.

ATTENTION! Please notice! Due to CARPET LAYING OPERATIONS driving inside the hall is prohibited in the evening before the show! (Wednesday, 31^st of January, - 6.00 p.m.)

ATTENTION! Set up operations are prohibited after the beginning of the fair! (Thursday, 1^st of February at 9.00 a.m.).

DISMANTLING:

Saturday, 3^nd of February 2024 from 5.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Sunday, 4^thof February 2024 from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Monday, 5^th of February 2024 from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Tuesday 6^th of February 2024 from 6.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

In deference to other exhibitors and visitors an earlier dismantling of your booth is strictly prohibited!

Goods and brochures etc. can be delievered before 8.30 a.m. or after 5.00 p.m. during the event. During the opening hours stopping the car and parking is strictly prohibited on the fair grounds!

In case of large-volume set up, the consent of the Messe Tulln GmbH must be obtained.
