Set up and Dismantling
SET UP:
Monday, 26th of January and Tuesday 27th of January 2026 from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. and
Wednesday, 28th of January 2026 from 6.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
On Thursday, 29 of January 2026 the set up time starts at 6.30 a.m. until 8.00 a.m.
ATTENTION! Please notice! Due to CARPET LAYING OPERATIONS driving inside the hall is prohibited in the evening before the show! (Wednesday, 28th of January, - 6.00 p.m.)
ATTENTION! Set up operations are prohibited after the beginning of the fair! (Thursday, 29th of January 2026 at 9.00 a.m.).
DISMANTLING:
Saturday, 31st of February 2026 from 5.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.
Sunday, 1th of February 2026 from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Monday, 2th of February 2026 from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Tuesday 3th of February 2026 from 6.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
In deference to other exhibitors and visitors an earlier dismantling of your booth is strictly prohibited!
Goods and brochures etc. can be delievered before 8.30 a.m. or after 5.00 p.m. during the event. During the opening hours stopping the car and parking is strictly prohibited on the fair grounds!
In case of large-volume set up, the consent of the Messe Tulln GmbH must be obtained.
